I'm still mad at Trish's dog ;-) for eating hers. Or maybe someone has a link to somewhere with really good prices?

My boss sells them from her farm (organic) I am certain she has them available. If you want I can check with her when I go to work this afternoon.

That would be great! I did find some on Ebay with very low starting prices, so I'll have to take those into consideration as well. Some of them have starting bids of .99, one is at $5! That's crazy to me.

That is crazy. I think I paid $75 for ours. I used it in my old car to sit on, but now DD uses it in the new car in her spot. It would not be safe in the house because I am certain a creepy little pug would use it as a chew toy. :ohno:

I got mine at Ikea for 25$. I have also seen lots of Yoga studios that have them for sale.

from my boss:

"lambskins are 75 (unless they are small) and full size sheepskins (which are big) are 120. "

Ouch. Normally I would consider that, but not this time of year. Thanks for checking for me, Lynn.

Yeah, try Ikea (http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/IkeamsSearch?storeId=12&langId=-1&catalogId=11001&searchType=product&pageNumber=-1&orderBy=score&category=%23%7EProducts&query=sheepskin). They have piles of them.

Oh thanks, I'll look online; there isn't one near us.

If ordering it like that doesn't work out for you, speak up - I'd be happy to pick one up and ship it to you. It's about an hour to our Ikea, but it's next door to the Costco where we shop about once a month.

...or something. They feel "fake" fuzzy instead of like those ones we got at the festival of the wild mooners or whatever that was called. I would personally be really hesitant to buy one that you haven't felt yourself or had one of your friends feel for you. Just my 2c worth

:spit: Wild mooners. Oh dear, it's just been renamed (for everyone else reading, it's a local pioneer festival that is actually called Festival of the Wild Rose Moon). lol
Ok, but these ones on ebay are really cheap. Have I ever mentioned how CHEAP I am? It seems like a worthy risk to order one and see how it feels.

Oh that's a good thought! Thanks for the offer Mandi, I'll let you know what I decide.

We got the $20 one from ikea for the baby.

I picked the softest one they had without doing too much digging.

I feel guilty because it being that cheap perhaps it's laden in chemicals. We were broke at the time, but now we're not, so maybe it's time to replace it.
