A friend I hadn't seen in a while came to visit today and told me she noticed IMMEDIATELY that I had lost weight. I knew I did, but it was so nice to hear it from someone else!

When I cut my hair, say, and go to work the next day, the same people notice and the same people say nothing. I tend to be one of the observant ones and I know people appreciate it. I hope you can find some observant people in your life, Amanda!

ROFL! Well then give it a few months and see if anyone notices.
I'm not sure that ppl started noticing that I'd lost anything until it was about 30lbs gone.

even with all i've lost no one has noticed :( I think it's the big boobs.
