I had a friend who kept me in cigs the last 2 weeks. I've been smoking a LOT MORE cuz of that. Well, I'm out now. And since I'm bloody broke after this whole experience, I feel like I shouldn't buy more. Can you tell I haven't had one in almost 24 hours? lol I'm DYING. But not badly enough to haul kids a half a mile one way (walking) to get some more expensive cigs. Almost badly enough to go knocking on doors though...find someone to take pity on me and at least bum me one.

$5.08 for my Marlboro lights.
I asked a friend to get the cheapest lights she can find. Maybe that'll be enough to cure me. lol They could be some nasty things.

I know I wish nobody smoked (including you :-P) but holy plateful, Batman . . . I sure don't want THIS to be the week you quit, yikes!!
...I dunno about you, but I actually am very susceptible to aversion therapy (like, wouldn't drink coffee if only bad coffee was available) so many this will do the trick, LOL! Good luck, either way.

This made me laugh so hard. Yeah, this isn't exactly the best timing, huh?

After everything you've been through, if you need a cigarette, you need a cigarette. I just always found it interesting that DH quit after he started rolling his own. He didn't like tobacco from a can, so he switched to patches and gum.

Reminds me of the movie Airplane, "Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking."

One of my faves! My kids liked it too, but they didn't "get" the part where the guy was washing the airplane's windows. Slight anachronism.
The best way to quit smoking that I know is to get pregnant, but then that's a whole 'nother thing. . .
