Nicke...crockpot Moroccan chicken

Nicke, I am almost sure it was you that had a really delicious recipe for Moroccan chicken. Do you still have it? I loved that dish but somehow managed to lose my recipe for it.

Is it with chicken thighs in the crockpot? And peanut butter? I lost the recipe, but someone here makes it in the oven. We talked about it early this spring. Sorry I can't remember who it was...

1 T olive oil
8 large chicken thighs, skin removed
1 large onion, chopped
2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes, undrained
2 T honey
1 1/2 tsp cround cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

Saute chicken in olive oil until brown.
In crockpot mix onion, tomatoes, honey, cumin and cinnamon. Add Chicken and spoon tomatoe mixture over chicken. Cook on low 7-8 hours. When done, stir in peanut butter until melted and well belnded. (I bet mixing the hot liquid with the p.b. would be easiest.) Serve with couscous
