What have you done that is healthy this week? How's your exercising going? Are you dieting? Did you have any weight loss?

Me...I go through periods where I can't bear to get on the scale so I haven't been on in over a week. I have no idea if I have any weight loss but it feels like I am making progress. I'm only wearing gym pants and stretchy pants so it's hard to tell in my clothes. Don't want to know if I've gone down in pounds or inches just yet. I'd be thrilled if I went down but I if not, I don't want to deal with the let down, so not knowing is better.

I've been to the gym every day this past week but yesterday. I felt terribly guilty for not going yesterday and when I went in today the guy behind the counter said to me "you don't give up, do you?". Guess he thinks I come often enough.

As far as eating goes. It's hot, I'm alone, and I have no desire to cook for myself so I've eaten a lot of All-Bran, sandwiches, and yogurt. I drank way too much Diet Coke this week too....at least one can per day. It's such a horrible addiction.

I actually weigh in every Wednesday night at WW, so this is a good day for me.
I have "finished my week" today and begin again fresh on Thursdays.

I didn't get control of my eathing this week (remember, my weeks go from Thursday to Wednesday)...until Sunday. I have been eating well since then.
I did cardio at the gym on Saturday, Step class on Sunday, Monday off and then yesterday evening I did the BodyPump class. So, I got back on track with my exercise.

It will all be too little too late wrt the scale this week, unfortunately though. The best that I can hope for is to stay the same, weight-wise.

Janet, that's *fantastic* that you are getting that much exercise!
I aim for 4x a week, but often make it to the gym only 3x. I do a bunch of biking with the kids at other times, though.
My goal for the upcoming week is to DRINK WATER and actually make it to the gym 4 times. If I do that, the eating usually falls into place.

My "official" weigh in is on Saturdays, but I wouldn't mind a Wednesday check in here. I was knocked up side the head by a 2.4 pound gain last Saturday after a 1.4 gain the previous weigh-in so I have been staying on track this week. I just got my period though, so I didn't go to the gym this morning. I always feel slightly guilty for not going the first few days of my period, but I think it's the best thing for my body. I am missing my weigh-in this weekend because we are camping, but in a way that could be a good thing because it will give me 2 weeks to really kick butt and lose some weight. I really need that to not get super discouraged.

Okay...I had my weigh in tonight!
Drum roll please...
I lost 1.5lbs. :yay:
I gained 1.5lbs last week so I am very pleased to have taken it back off. LOL!
