A good webpage on creating homeschool transcripts

I have no idea what this source is, but I think it could apply to any state. I especially love the link on creating a portfolio. Maybe this stuff is totally obvious to everyone but me, but I liked the structure of the way they describe it. It doesn't mean that you have to add structure to what your kid actually does.
