How are you all doing? I have done really well with my exercise routine - gym on Wed. and run this morning, eating has been a bit more difficult because DH's sisters are in town. I think I have done pretty well considering that. My weigh-in is Saturday am and we will see what happens. I am thinking I may have a gain since I haven't been in two weeks. UGH!!

It is hard when you have company, isn't it? Even company that shares your goals or supports you can throw you off.
I ate well so far today, and went to a fitness class this morning. I have convinced my neighbour go come - she hasn't been to a class in 15 years - so I had no choice but to go! Otherwise I'm guessing I would have bailed, as I wasn't feeling it.
But yesterday sucked. I didn't work out, and I had fish and chips for dinner. I told myself I would just have a small portion, and it wouldn't be too bad, but I didn't listen to myself.

done pretty well foodwise
exercise wise, I've been decluttering my house
I really need to stay away from processed sugar though.
Yeast is not my friend.
