Anyone know how to do this in Outlook?

I have to send the same email to about 150 people but I need to do it individually, not all in a list on the same email. Is there an easy way to do this? It sounds reasonable, just copy the email and paste it in a new one then copy the email addy but I just wondered if anyone knew of an easier way.
