I miss my Outlook, but didn't want to buy it when I quit the job.
I got very used to using Google Calendar (Google Apps) to share calendars with my husband and kids. I want to keep doing that, and yet I miss Outlook!
I heard that the new Spicebird Beta can be used to sync to Google Calendar. I'm reading that all over the web, but I can't find where to read HOW.
I tried Thunderbird and Lightning, and the calendar in Lightning is just a mess. It's jut ugly, and it runs off the right side of my screen, and it just very much displeases me.
The calendar in Spicebird is so much nicer, but I can't figure out how to do a two-way (or even one-way!) sync to Google Calendar. I've got it IMAPing my Gmail very nicely, TYVM, but I need help with Calendar.
I know, I know, long shot. But if any of you techies out there has tried this and has insight, googling it isn't helping me and I'm feeling frustrated.
