He cut his first two teeth today. One before dinner and one after (I wasn't able to feel the second one until bedtime). He was a little sweetie all day thankfully. :) The drooling had majorly increased this week and obviously now I know it was for good reason. He won't let me see them. He worked hard to get them and he's keeping them to himself.

I hope that Keeping it to Himself thing works out for you :loveit: LOL! Amelia didn't have a tooth in her head until almost 12 months. She only bit me once, as we were both drifting off to sleep. Of course, I had planned ahead about doing the pull off the breast and say, "No no - that hurts mommy!" when it happened, but because we were both half asleep what I really did was slap her:bag:. At my grandma's house - double:bag: !! (I was just 20, and trying so hard to be a Good Mom in front of her, you know?? Not that she'd say anything ever, she's kind like that, but I felt an extra helping of Horrible that night.) The end result, however, is that she never bit me again, which is not to say I advocate this method.

Tori, however, started teething at 2 weeks and had teeth at 6 weeks. She bit and bit and bit and bit . . . a newborn is just not as evolved as an older babe, and she just could not understand, I believe. We did get through it, she nursed until she was 4, but holy cow was that horrible. We were living in a hotel for six weeks (waiting for housing, new CG assignment) too, the walls were really thin - random midnight yelping was discouraged LOL.
