OW! What is this pain?

About an hour ago, very suddenly, I started getting really crampy, very painful, um, pains in what feels to be the area where my right ovary is. It HURTS. A lot. I've had ovarian cysts before, and it doesn't feel like that, and it definitely doesn't feel like ovulation pain. What IS this? And should I call my doctor? I just got my new Mirena two weeks ago, could it be related to that somehow? Owie!

Because I always rush to the worst case scenario for me.....why hold back. :rofl: How about?.....ectopic pregnancy? Or...just really bad gas? Or....something in between?
