Wow. So we could all use menstrual cups and instead of rinsing them in public restroom sinks furtively there could be a collection place?

I dunno about that, but the article I read talked about a "special collection device" and a fee of something like $500. Special collecting device, my foot. You know it's just a Keeper (et al.) LOL!!
