Until I get my diet all figured out, I need to take some vit/min supplements. It needs to be vegetarian friendly and the vitamins & minerals need to be easily absorbed/digested/metabolized. I don't want to take something that just shoots right through me, yk?
Also, I don't mind taking more than one pill, but too many will upset my stomach.
Thanks!

I have a 100% faith in this product www.sunrider.com
it's all food grade herbs as supplemetns alone are not proven to be good bc they are not natural and holistic. There isn't a possibility of walking out into the garden and picking a stem of CoEnzymeQ10 or a bunch of calcium.... lol
My accupuncturist swears by this product and we have been more than happy with it.
