I bought them years ago and have never used them. They are too small at 4 x 6, so I have new 5 x 7 ones on the way.

The pattern is called "aubergine butterfly" and there are 2 packs of 36 each, they are from lang.com

It seems a shame for them to go to waste. I will pay shipping.

I would love them! I have started going through all of my scraps of paper that have recipes written on them and have been transferring them to plain white notecards. This would be way prettier and I would get to think of my friend in NZ every time I used one. YAY!! I'll pm my address. :)
