I found some nice looking turkey breast cutlets (prably less than 1/4 inch thick). I would like to wrap them around some green beans and sweet potatoes with rosemary and gravy on top! Yumm, I found no-fat gravy)

Do you think I can cut up the sweet potatoes (1/4-1/2 cubes) and just wrap the turkey around it and some green beens. Or do you think I should boil the sweet potatoes for a couple minutes before hand?

I'd probably boil or steam them for just a bit first. They are pretty hard and there's not much worse than an undercooked sweet potato.

Sounds good though. :)

Mmmmmm......
I'd boil them first - the turkey cutlets will cook faster than the potatoes otherwise I'd think.
